GET-GEO.AI operates the website get-geo.ai and acts as the data controller for the limited processing described here. You can reach us at hello@get-geo.ai with any privacy question or to exercise your rights.

Contact by email. The site has no forms. When you write to us at the published address (hello@get-geo.ai), we receive the information you choose to include: your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. We use it only to read and answer your enquiry.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical request data (such as IP address, date and time, requested URL and user-agent) so the site runs securely and reliably. We do not use these logs to build profiles or to track you across other sites.

Vercel Analytics (all language versions). We use Vercel Analytics on every language version of the site to measure aggregated traffic, such as page views. It is designed to work without advertising cookies or cross-site advertising profiles.

Microsoft Clarity (English pages only). On pages under the /en path we also load Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how visitors use the English site — for example heatmaps and session insights. Clarity may set cookies and collect technical and interaction data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device or browser information. Clarity is not loaded on other language versions of the site. We do not use Clarity or Vercel Analytics for advertising.

Answering enquiries you send us by email — to take steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Operating and securing the website via server logs — our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Measuring how the website is used via Vercel Analytics and, on English pages, Microsoft Clarity — our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object by contacting hello@get-geo.ai or by blocking the relevant scripts in your browser.

Hosting and content delivery: the site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which processes server-log data on our behalf to deliver the site.

Website analytics: Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.) processes aggregated usage data on our behalf across all language versions.

Session and usage analytics on English pages: Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) processes interaction data when you visit /en pages.

Email: our mailbox is provided by Proton AG (Proton Mail, Switzerland). When you email us, your message is processed and stored by Proton on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.

Where data is processed outside your country (for example by a provider located in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics. Analytics data held by Vercel and Microsoft is retained according to each provider's settings for the products we use, only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any right, email hello@get-geo.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in the Russian Federation, we process your personal data (the data you include when emailing us) solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give by contacting us.

You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@get-geo.ai. We process such data only for the stated purpose and do not disclose it to third parties other than the service providers named above.

The website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or legal requirements. The current version and its date are always shown on this page.
